Marketplace Role
P4Pick is a listing and communication platform. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers, and we do not guarantee product condition, ownership, availability, payment, delivery, or buyer/seller conduct.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, verify your email address, and use the site only for lawful marketplace activity.
Listings
Listings must be accurate, legal, and placed in the correct category. Do not post fake items, misleading prices, illegal goods, stolen property, harmful content, spam, or duplicate ads.
Transactions
Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspection, price agreement, payment method, delivery, ownership checks, taxes, and compliance with applicable law.
Moderation
We may edit, hide, remove, or restrict listings or accounts that appear unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or harmful to marketplace quality.
Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace grows. Continued use of P4Pick means you accept the latest published terms.
